Black or white

I am so indecisive!! So many choices of cute blogskin.

The above picture is so cool!! (I cropped it from blogskin.com, credits to Agnes/eggiines) Wait till i buy the idiot's manual on how to change template first.

A natural gift from God.

I asked my husband before about what type of skill would he like if he was given the chance by God.

He said he wish he can swim.

I said i wish i can draw, like her.

No Girl

Sometimes i prefer to be alone. Doing my own thing. Having my own thoughts twirl inside my own head. Today was the day, i wish i would just be alone in a dark room and melted into nothingness. Vanish into thin air.

I went to watch a movie the other day. Alone. Most of the people are with a bunch of friends. Maybe they think i'm so lonely. But i enjoyed it actually. I need it. The space. I watched Yes Man. That girl is so hot. Enigmatic.

Why can't i just be as innocent and carefree as her?

I can. If i want to.

Losong

I can feel the cold wind gushing into my face but i 'm not reawakened.
Some say this place is paradise.
But i'm here on a work trip, on a sunday.
It's the monsoon season.
The grey glommy sky makes it worse.
Various colours of green and blue flags hanging around the lamp post.
No matter what is the political preferences of each individual,
we do have a common and mutual interest.
Keropok lekor is so delicious.

Not Another Financial Matter Again 2

Don't you think this bag is overrated? I saw everyone (girls) carrying it with a smug on her face. (yalah not everyone is like this)

Walk, walk, show-off in front of other girls at shopping mall.

See? I can own this bag you know,

my daddy i am very kaya one.

You can own this one meh?

You can only manage to buy fake one only.

Hahaha (evil laughter)

Personally, i think the bag is quite nice, but everyone is wearing it and it gives me the impression that LV is actually 'affordable'. No longer the luxurious type of brand. But who knows i might join the bandwagon someday and buy one of these too. But i think i have other things in mind to buy with a RM3ooo in hand. It all comes back to my own concept of value for money. Well, your money, your choice.

What i PREFER to buy with a RM3000 in hand.

1) The toughest luggage bag. I swear to God recently i bought a luggage bag for the fourth time because Air Asia likes to dump passanger's bags. My bag is not that heavy but it gets demented every tut..... time. Grr...... I miss MAS flights. Why are their tickets so expensive? *sniff*

2) a Blackberry

3) a trip to SEA countries

4) a new laptop

5) 6 new different design of handbags (considering each hangbags cost RM500)

Ops! gtg. Tata!

The invasion

I need to rant about this. It's for my own sanity. My mother in law had come to stay at my home these few days. I accept them with open arms and had been busy preparing meal for them everyday.

But today when i came back home during lunch hour, i found out that she had rearranged all my food, dry ingredients and utensils at my kitchen. I am not angry but just a little bit annoyed and kecil hati. Even my fridge magnet had also been arranged neatly with a straight line!

In order to understand my feelings, people need to know about my background first. Being the only child in my family, i have my own room and stuff. And I don't like my things to be 'touched' by someone else.

I am not an organized person. I am an" organized mess" type of person. It means that although my things is not neatly arranged, i do know where i put any particular stuff at which drawer. It's just that the things my not be colour coded, or labeled etc.

I love to cook and the kitchen is where i used to hang around. Some dry ingredients like dried chinese mushroom will be put inside the cupboard. But she chose to put it outside which i don't agree with.

It seems like a small matter but it is my home, MY household. Don't you think as the woman at my home, i want someone else to decide how i should organized my things? I am a working matured woman ok. I do have some ego and please give me some face lah. Gosh!

In order not to hurt her feelings, which i unintentionally did just now by saying that she doesn't have to organized the things because we are moving out anywhere, i will moved some of my stuff into it's actual position. (definitely not the fridge magnet, i just leave it as it is).

All in all i feel so insulted because as if she's sending a message that i'm not competent enough. Which i beg to differ because i can cook a decent meal ok. I thought after reading this i would feel better but somehow i'm sad inside because i do want a happy relationship with my mother in law. I am just confused on how i should send the message to her to leave my stuff alone without offending her. Sigh................

Recently, i heard a client of mine had a divorced. They had a child. And the marriage is still very young (1 year++ if i am not mistaken). It turns out that they are living with the in laws).

She said that for a healthy marriage, don't live with your in laws because they will invade your personal space. I couldn't agree more.

Can't wait to go back home and rearranged my stuff back.
Update
Maybe i'm being over sensitive. But at least i'm being honest about my feelings.

The Home Terminology

Finally, i received the keys to my new home. Woohoo!!! Just bought a similar glass bowl sink last night.

The next things that i'm looking for:-

2) kitchen cabinet- wism me luck on this one. The designer will come to my home on this 31st december.

3) tv cabinet

4) chandelier

I'm not planning to go to ikea at this moment. Perhaps i'll just look around all the nooks and crannies of other alleys and look out for shops with the best bargain. This will be fun for me to explore my imagination.

My top 6 favourite cartoon

My top 6 favourite cartoon! Yeah, i'm 25. I never been ashamed to admit my age but just by looking at all the 18,19 years old contestant from America Next top Model, i fell kinda old. Bah......

No.6 - Meet The Robinsons

I didn't have any high expectations when i first saw this movie. I thought it will be forgettable. But after watching this movie, i actually kinda enjoyed it. As any other cartoon it did bring a heavy message for the audience. " Keep Moving Forward" and never look back. It has a twist in the end that will make all the questions inside your head answered.

My favourite character:

Goober

He never get enough sleep and always whining, in a cute way. I have the urge to just hug him and say that everything will be just fine........

No.5- A Bugs Life

this movie was not my 'love at first sight'. I only appreciate it after watching it for a few times. An ordinary semut ant with a extraordinary mind. Unfortunately, the others (ants) who are so interwined with the norms are not able to accept and understand him.

My favourite character.

The Grasshopper.

mmmh...... I kinda like anti-hero sometimes. Authoritative and bossy. High in self-confident. When he fly, the the wings will flap like the sound of the helicopter. Cool.

No.4- Spirited Away

A girl named Chihiro stumble upon a mystic world full of ghost and 'creatures'.

The curse placed upon her parents had force to work at a bath House control by a powerful witch named Youbaba. Youbaba's face also gives me the nightmare. *Shivers*

Not a 3D movie but the storyline, music and scenery is beyond your imagination.

My favourite character:

That little black thingy that is light and floaty like cereal.

No.3- Monster Inc.

With the tag line "We scare because we care" is one of the most original idea for a movie i had ever seen. This company generated energy for the city by 'collecting' the screams of children from all over the world. The employee is of course a monster like Sully or affectionately known as Kitty by Boo. One of the hilarious part when they think that children (plus their clothes and everything) is harmful to monster. So just imagine the havoc that they create when a particular monster accidentally brought a small children socks into their world.

My favourite character:

I guess we will never know her real name but they called her Boo because she likes to boo people in the hope that they will get frightened. Unfortunately (for her), she is too cute, cuddly and sneaky and and i just feel like i want to squeeze.................... her.

No.2- Finding Nemo

A story that reminds you about Fathers Day didn't really caught my attention at first. Well, i'm wrong. This movie is awesome with some funny phrases like " He touched the butt! (boat)".

My favourite character:

Dory! Her motto : "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming, swimming, swimming" has shown how positively optimistic she is until some people fish starts to get annoyed with her. Full of sunshine personality with big honest eyes. The voice of Ellen DeGeneres for a fish with short term memory loss. You will pity and love Dory at the same time.

No.1- The Emperor's New Groove

Hilarious beyond outer space. Watch it, buy it, steal it! This humble cartoon is perfect. The story about an emperor named Kuzco who turned into an Ilama after drinking a potion made by Yzma (an ugly century old witch) and his crazy journey to turn back into a human.

My favourite character:

Emperor Kuzco- The voice of David Spade has bring this character to live. Self-centered, selfish, 'It's all about me' attitude has made me kinda had a love hate feelings toward him.

Bookworm

At last, i had found the book i've been looking for. The Last Empress. Woohoo! Only RM29.90 for a hardcover book.

But for those who are interested, it is advisable that you read the first series of the book- Empress Orchid. So when i went to China last time, i was am fascinated by the history of China's rulers. The last empress of China- CiXi was described as a 'curse' and the main factor that lead one of the oldest monarchy ruler to collapsed.

I was quite reluctant to show the picture because her face just gives me the creeps. (no offence). You thought as a concubine, she will look like this- demure, dainty and petite. Can't blame me though, i watch too much chinese movie. (Alasan)

Sweatbetul punya kawan

She look like this leh...... (the one under the umbrella). Nevertheless, she is a prominent figure in China's history.

I'm reading other books as well. Bought this 2 book with a 10% discount. It's been so long i haven't read a historical romance book. (Guilty pleasures). Picked a novel by Judith McNaught innocently until i went to look for it at the Internet and found out that this book has bring a lot of controversial issues- Rape, abusive relationship. Mmhhhh......

This is the first time i'm reading a book from Jodi Picoult. The storyline is interesting and i am actually curios about the traditions of Amish people.

Ok tata!
