Today is 30th July and you are a Leo.

I always imagine my life with you. If things haven't turn out the way it is, i would have:

A license in scuba diving.

Got a Borneo Divers sticker on my car.

Go scuba diving with you.

Know how to change tyres.

Know what the hell incubator is.

Know how to cook rice by using a bamboo stick.

Go to the remote places and camp there.

Own a Swiss knife.

Drive your Toyota Land Cruiser across the state.

Talk about our next adventure in this small world.

My life has been wonderful without you but it would have been BETTER with you beside me.

Happy birthday. May God bless you.

Graduan dari Tokyo vs Graduan tempatan

I attend a seminar in UPM for 2 days. Prof Diraja Ungku Aziz was there. Born on the year 1922 in London. Graduated from UM and Waseda University, Tokyo.

Me talking to a girl next to me: Wah, waseda uni, prestigious uni leh....
The girl: Is it? How you know?
Me: (thinking about GTO- Fuyutsuki sensei graduated from waseda uni one) I know one lah. (not going to tell her about GTO, i don't think she will understand)

He gave a 45 minutes opening speech reminding us about the importance of language. The conslusion:

Bahasa Malaysia (He said bahasa Melayu): For our unity.

English: For economic development.

See? We must learn both of it not either one.

The 2nd forum was about the marketability of our graduates in a globalized world. They invited Tony Fernandez for the forum session. He was wearing his red AirAsia cap and keep making jokes to lighten up our boring serious session. People were busy being intellectual and i was busy daydreaming and even tempted to ask him if i can get any free tickets. Stupid me.

My journey

into nothingness.

Had i really grown up that i could not longer take all this crap, nonsense, illogical thing? I admit i watch Spongebob. Ok I LOVE spongebob. I know you secretly like him too, don't lie or your G-string will be on fire. (Liar liar pants on fire, i like this phrase, it rhymes) Cartoons are so illogical and immature but i enjoy watching it. But somehow i couldn't even like this movie.

SPOILER ALERT. GO AWAY IF YOU STILL WANT TO WATCH IT.

They have a sea in this movie. A sea?! and the sky?! I know the tag say it was a different world in a same planet. Where does it lead to? (i mean the sea). The temperature shows 100 degree Celsius (or was it in Fahrenheit?, never mind) and the main actress didn't even sweat. Using the toughest liquid foundation kah? Tropical jungle in the middle of nowhere? I was suffocating through out the hour for fear of finishing the oxygen i have left.
Claustrophobic- this is the word i've been looking for.

Warning! You might end up like this after watching this movie. Consult your doctor immediately if problem occurs.

Oklah, i still enjoy watching despite how i whine in every movie that i watch. Maybe i'm waiting for some free tickets so i won't be complaining. And you know what? No you don't. I come up with a theory.

If i am the one who bought the tickets using my own money, the movie will NOT turn out to be great.

If someone else bought it for me by using their own money, the movie will turn out to be great.

Attention to my bf, families and friends. Do you want to risk watching a bad movie with me?

It's all about the location baby.

My mom went to London last year. I decided to follow her because i only need to buy my flight ticket. I will stay at my mum's place and we will share the bread together. T_T But it was so short notice that the MAS flight ticket is so... expensive. I really can buy the tickets but i think right after that i can just hand over my book account to the counter because all my savings will be gone in an instance. Poof! But nope the Chinese side of me is so kedekut that i didn't buy the flight ticket. So instead of robbing the bank or kedai emas Ah Chong (decision, decision), i decided to buy a cheap ticket to London by riding an old ship. Oklah kidding, i didn't go to London at all.

After that incident, i always thought about the possibilities that could have happen. I regretted it actually. I was blaming myself for not going to UK. But i know everything happens for a reason. And today i finally found the main reason. God sure have a way in 'playing' our life. Right?

Soon baby, soon.

Now I'm totally penniless.

Bahasa Jiwa Bangsa

There are some arguments that i heard recently regarding the usage of language in our blog. When you have an english blog they will that you are snobbish (berlagak). When you have a Malay blog they will say you are kampung. The main reason I write in english is because.........

There is another thing when people say about bahasa penjajah. I don't see it that way. A language is a language based on the culture, history, tamadun, whatever that people have in this different part of the world. When you can speak more than one language then you should look at it as your own personal achievement. When you learn to speak English that doesn't mean you are going to forget how to speak in Malay. I think i have all the rights to say about this because i've been learning 3 languages at once since i was just a little kid. Bahasa pasar doesn't count, i have formal education in this 3 languages ok.

And you know what?

Aku bukan berbangsa melayu. I'm a Malaysian. Shame on you.

Wow this blog is nice...... i can smell some gothic air in it. Too bad, not all people can understand malay. But like Fireangelism said: Not all bloggers (oklah people who at least own a blog) wanted high traffic and popularity etc.
Now i can add up another one on the list of blog that i read.
